Instructions
- Combine the diced chicken and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the diced celery, chopped green onions, parsley, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the mixture until well combined.
- Serve immediately in bread or lettuce leaves, or chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
