Instructions
- Cut the fennel bulb in half with the stem still attached and then cut it into wedges.
- Pull off the leaves from the stem and arrange the bulb pieces in a baking dish.
- Drizzle the vinegars and honey lime dressing over the fennel wedges.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and fennel leaves on top.
- Roast in the oven at 400°F for about 12-14 minutes, broiling for the last 2 minutes.
