Instructions
- Wash the rice with water and drain until the water runs clear.
- Mix the sushi rice seasoning ingredients in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
- Transfer the rice to a rice cooker, add water and kombu, and cook.
- Once cooked, transfer the rice to a wooden bowl and spread it out.
- Add the sushi rice seasoning and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Let the rice cool to warm before shaping it for sushi.
