The Sriracha Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, onion, starch, sriracha, tomato sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and salt/pepper. Add the whisked egg and combine well.
- If the mixture is too moist, chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into 15-18 meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and browned.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sriracha sauce by blending the tomato sauce, pineapple, sriracha, ginger, vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Add honey to the sauce and adjust seasoning to taste, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine the baked meatballs with the sauce and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
