Instructions
- Combine almond milk, rice, maple syrup, cinnamon, butter, and salt in the Instant Pot.
- Close and lock the lid.
- Select high pressure and set the timer for 8 minutes, allowing 10-15 minutes for pressure to build.
- After cooking, allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
- Unlock and remove the lid, then stir in vanilla extract, lemon zest, and raisins.
- Serve hot or cold.
