Instructions
- Combine rice and water in the Instant Pot and secure the lid.
- Set the steam release valve to 'Sealing' and cook at high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes after cooking.
- Release any remaining pressure and open the lid.
- Stir in coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Remove the inner pot to cool the pudding faster.
- Serve with additional cinnamon, fruit, or maple syrup if desired.
