Instructions
- Place rice, water, milk, butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and raisins in the Instant Pot. Close lid and set to High Pressure for 6 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, then manually release pressure. Stir in vanilla extract. Add more milk or water if needed before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
