Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt in the Instant Pot.
- Add rinsed rice and pour maple syrup on top, then stir.
- Seal the Instant Pot and set to Manual high pressure for 18 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then release remaining pressure and open the pot.
- Serve warm or cold, topped with cinnamon and fruit.
