Nutella Dessert Takoyaki

The filling
Instructions
- Spoon 1 tsp of Nutella onto a tray lined with baking paper to make about 15 Nutella balls and freeze them.
- Sift the flour, sugar, and baking powder into a large bowl.
- Whisk the egg in a measuring jug, then add milk to make 1.5 cups of liquid and mix.
- Combine the liquid with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Add melted butter and mix until fully combined.
- Heat a Takoyaki maker or profiterole maker on medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Pour the batter into each hole about 80% full.
- Once the outside is firm, add about 1 tsp of Nutella in the center of each.
- Use a skewer to flip them over and cook until evenly brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
