Instructions
- Shred the sweet potatoes and prepare the bacon, onion, and bell pepper.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet and cook the sweet potatoes until they develop a crust.
- Cook the diced bacon in a separate pan until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage with the onion and bell pepper until browned.
- Add garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture and stir.
- Layer the cooked sweet potatoes in a casserole dish, followed by the greens, meat mixture, and bacon.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat later.
