  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened almond milk

The filling

  • 1 cup Peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • ¾ cup Keto Blackberry Jelly

Instructions

  1. Make keto jelly according to the instructions provided.
  2. Prepare the keto bread according to the instructions on the bread mix package and cool completely before slicing.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on one slice of bread and 1½ tablespoons of jelly on another slice.
  4. Combine the two slices to form a sandwich and repeat for additional sandwiches.
