Instructions
- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and cook the pork ribs on one side for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the meatballs and sausage to the pan, flipping the ribs after 2 to 3 minutes.
- Cook until all the meat is done and no longer pink, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the diced onion for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours until the rib meat is falling off the bone.
- Serve with whole-grain noodles and garnish with basil and parmesan cheese.
