Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a medium bowl, mix the mashed bananas, egg whites, coconut oil, yogurt, turbinado sugar, and vanilla.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined, then fold in the dark chocolate.
- Lightly spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
