Ingredients

The tea

  • 2 teaspoons loose chamomile tea or 2 tea bags
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • to taste agave nectar or other sweetener

The latte

  • cups ice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • for sprinkling ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Steep chamomile tea in boiling water for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea strainer and sweeten the tea to your liking.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the chamomile tea over it.
  4. Add vanilla extract and non-dairy milk, then stir to combine.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired and enjoy.
