Instant Calm Latte

chamomile tea OR 2 teaspoons loose chamomile tea

dried lavender buds

almond or other non-dairy milk

vanilla powder OR splash of vanilla extract

virgin coconut oil

Instructions
- Boil the water in a small saucepan.
- Place chamomile tea and lavender buds in a tea strainer in a mug.
- Pour boiling water over the tea and steep for at least 4 minutes.
- Add almond milk to the saucepan and bring it to a simmer.
- Transfer the warm milk to a blender with vanilla, coconut oil, and sweetener.
- Blend the mixture on high for 20 seconds.
- Pour the frothed milk into the cup with the tea and enjoy immediately.
