Instructions
- Thaw the phyllo shells for at least 10-15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine marscapone, ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until mixed.
- Reserve some chocolate chips for topping and mix the rest into the cheese mixture.
- Spoon the filling into the phyllo shells and top with reserved chocolate chips before serving.
