Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pop the popcorn by heating oil in a pan, adding kernels, and shaking until popping slows.
- Transfer popped popcorn to a bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
- In a saucepan, bring maple syrup to a boil for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and mix in tahini, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
- Drizzle the sauce over the popcorn and toss to combine.
- Spread popcorn on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 6 minutes, rotate, and bake for another 2 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then break into pieces and serve.
