Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8-inch pan or three 6-8 inch cake rounds with grease and parchment.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, mashed bananas, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing well.
- Add the flour, pulsed oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

- For the frosting, mix the butter and cream cheese until smooth, then add the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla, mixing until combined.
