Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, white whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in the vanilla and orange zest.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the mashed bananas.
- Gradually add half of the dry ingredients, followed by the yogurt, and then the remaining dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, checking for doneness with a knife.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before unmolding onto a wire rack.
- For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese and butter, then gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled cake and slice to serve.
