Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat butter until creamy, add sugar, then vanilla and eggs. Mix in bananas. Add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately. Pour batter into a greased bundt pan, bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool and unmold. For icing, simmer butter, brown sugar, and milk until sugar dissolves. Cool, add vanilla and powdered sugar. Drizzle over cake, sprinkle with nuts.
