Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the oil, yogurt, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined, then fold in the apple chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 55–75 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan before inverting it onto a serving plate.
- For the glaze, combine butter, brown sugar, and heavy cream in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer and stir in confectioners' sugar.
- Let the glaze cool slightly before spooning it over the cake just before serving.
