Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a bundt pan.
- Whisk together the sugar and oil until smooth, then add eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Core and mince the apples, then fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the bundt pan, filling it ¾ full.
- Bake for 50 minutes, let it stand for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
- For the glaze, melt butter and mix with powdered sugar, vanilla, and maple syrup, adding water to reach desired consistency.
