Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2.75 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • teaspoons baking soda
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Wet Ingredients

  • cups applesauce
  • cups yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • cup grapeseed oil (or other neutral oil)
  • teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325ºF and grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: applesauce, yogurt, egg, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool the cake in the pan for 15-30 minutes before turning it out onto a cooling rack.
