Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF and grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: applesauce, yogurt, egg, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
