Oven-Baked Char Siu Chicken Drumsticks

Instructions
- Chop the onion and garlic, then mix with the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Pierce the chicken drumsticks with a fork and coat them in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F) and bake the drumsticks for 20 minutes.
- Flip the drumsticks and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
