Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and add enough water to cover it.
- Bake the salmon for 10 minutes or until opaque, then keep warm.
- Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
- In a saucepan, bring water to a simmer and add vinegar.
- Crack the eggs into the water and cook for 3-5 minutes until the whites are firm.
- Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and trim any ragged edges.
- Toast the bagels and layer with tomato, avocado, salmon, and eggs.
- Top with hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with paprika or chili powder before serving.
