Instructions
- Mix cream cheese with Italian parsley and dill, and set aside.
- Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet until soft and fluffy.
- Toast the bagels if desired.
- Assemble the sandwiches by spreading cream cheese on the bagel halves, adding scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, cucumber, red onion, tomato, and sprouts.
