Instructions
- Remove the insides of the bagels and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese using a hand blender.
- Layer cheese at the bottom of each bagel half, then pour the egg mixture until it reaches the top edge.
- Add another layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the filled bagels.
- Bake the bagels for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Allow to cool before serving.
