Stuffed Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

The bagels

  • 5 units Plain Bagels

The filling

  • 6 large Organic Eggs
  • ¼ cup Whipping Cream
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella Shredded
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro Leaves
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt

Instructions

  1. Remove the insides of the bagels and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese using a hand blender.
  3. Layer cheese at the bottom of each bagel half, then pour the egg mixture until it reaches the top edge.
  4. Add another layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the filled bagels.
  5. Bake the bagels for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
