Instructions
- Slice the bagels and arrange them on a platter or cutting board.
- Set up a toaster nearby with toaster tongs.
- Create anchor points with bowls for cream cheese, everything bagel seasoning, capers, and salmon roe.
- Arrange stacks of smoked salmon, hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers, fennel, radishes, red onions, and tomatoes around the bowls.
- Fill in gaps with small piles of fresh dill and chives.
