Easy Asparagus Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish.
- Arrange the asparagus in the dish.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté the onion until soft.
- Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add sour cream and 1 cup of Swiss cheese, stirring until melted.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the asparagus.
- Sprinkle with crushed crackers and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
