Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the asparagus with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir to coat.
- Layer 1/3 of the asparagus in a small baking dish and top with 1/3 of the cheeses. Repeat for a total of 3 layers.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender.
- While the asparagus is baking, prepare the hollandaise sauce.
- Drizzle the hollandaise sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with chives before serving.
