Instructions
- Steam the tempeh for 10 minutes, then crumble it.
- Sauté the crumbled tempeh with diced shiitake mushrooms and tamari for a few minutes.
- Combine the sautéed mixture with scallions, kimchi, sesame oil, ginger, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Scoop a heaping teaspoon of filling onto each dumpling wrapper, dab edges with water, fold and seal.
- Pleat the sealed edge of the dumpling wrapper.
- Place dumplings in a bamboo steamer over simmering water and steam for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with tamari or chili oil for dipping.
