Instructions
- Thaw the wonton wrappers for a few minutes.
- Mix the carrot, green onions, ginger, garlic, and tofu in a medium bowl.
- Add the pepper, liquid aminos, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar to the mixture and stir well.
- Fill each wonton wrapper with a bit less than a tablespoon of filling, wet the edges with water, and fold to seal.
- Steam the dumplings for 10 minutes in a bamboo steamer.
- Whisk together all the ingredients for the sweet ginger sauce.
- Serve the steamed dumplings with the dipping sauce and garnishes.
