Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat, add ginger and garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, cabbage, and carrots; cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables are softened.
- Stir in sesame seeds, soy seasoning, maple syrup, chili paste, green onions, and cilantro; cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture is dry.
- Boil water and cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions, then mix with the vegetable filling.
- Spoon 1 heaped tablespoon of filling onto each wonton wrapper, brush edges with water, fold to seal.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add potstickers, and cook until golden brown.
- Add water and soy seasoning to the pan, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately with sauce.
