Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until crumbly but not mushy.
- Allow the mixture to set for 5-10 minutes to let the oats soak up some liquid.
- Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
- Cook the patties in a pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side, keeping the pan covered.
- Allow the burgers to cool slightly before serving on buns with your favorite toppings.
