Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then drain and cut them in half.
- Mix melted butter, half of the grated cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray and distribute it evenly.
- Place the potatoes cut side down in the tray and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Serve immediately, optionally topped with more grated cheese.
