Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 1 lb small potatoes

The coating

  • tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then drain and cut them in half.
  3. Mix melted butter, half of the grated cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking tray and distribute it evenly.
  5. Place the potatoes cut side down in the tray and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  7. Serve immediately, optionally topped with more grated cheese.
