Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into small chunks.
- In a Ziploc bag, combine garlic, olive oil, butter, garlic salt, paprika, chives, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning; shake well.
- Add the sweet potatoes to the bag and shake until they are well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking oil.
- Spread the sweet potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
