Crispy Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the melted butter into the baking dish.
- Add the garlic powder, dill, fine salt, onion powder, black pepper, and Parmesan to the dish with the butter.
- Add the potatoes to the dish and toss them in the butter Parmesan mixture to coat well.
- Arrange the potatoes cut-side down in the baking dish.
- Bake for 22 – 25 minutes until golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
- Allow the potatoes to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving dish.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives and flaky sea salt, if desired. Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
