Homemade Wheat Thins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and paprika. Cut in the butter until well mixed.
- Mix water and vanilla in a separate bowl, then add to the dry mixture until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a thin rectangle, trimming edges if desired.
- Cut the rolled dough into squares and place on prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes, checking frequently to prevent burning. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
