Easy Homemade Wheat Bread

Instructions
- Combine warm water with yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add salt and flours to the yeast mixture and stir to form a sticky dough.
- Grease the bowl lightly and cover it, letting the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once doubled, sprinkle flour on the dough, transfer to a floured surface, and knead, incorporating oats and millet.
- Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and cover lightly with flour, letting it rest for 45-60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) and place a metal pan on the lowest rack.
- Slash the bread with a knife and pour hot water into the pan below.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and crusty.
