Whole Wheat Bread

Instructions
- Combine warm water and honey in a bowl and stir until dissolved. Sprinkle yeast and let sit until foamy.
- Add olive oil to the yeast mixture and stir.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the yeast mixture until a rough dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled.
- Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in a greased pan, cover, and let rise for another 30 to 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
