Whole Wheat Bread

Instructions
- Combine butter and milk in a microwavable bowl and microwave until melted.
- Mix in honey, yeast, oatmeal, all-purpose flour, salt, and whole wheat flour until combined.
- Add seeds and continue mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1½ to 2 hours until doubled.
- Punch down the dough and flatten it into a rectangle, folding it to seal.
- Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush with egg wash and add more seeds if desired.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and hollow when tapped.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
