Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan with olive oil.
- 2. Mix 1/4 cup of lukewarm water with the yeast and honey, then set aside.
- 3. In a stand mixer, combine the flour, salt, and olive oil.
- 4. Slowly add the yeast/water mixture and then about 1 cup of lukewarm water until the dough forms a ball.
- 5. Place the dough in a non-reactive bowl and let it rise for 60 to 90 minutes.
- 6. Shape the dough into a rectangle and transfer it to the loaf pan, allowing it to rise again for another 60 to 90 minutes.
- 7. Bake the bread for 40 to 45 minutes and then cool on a wire rack.
