Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Instructions
- Combine 3 cups of whole wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, and yeast in a mixing bowl.
- Add warm water and stir until combined, then let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix canola oil, honey, lemon juice, and salt, then add to the flour mixture.
- Mix until combined, then gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape into loaves.
- Place the loaves in greased loaf pans and cover with a towel to rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, then bake the loaves for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
