Easy Whole Wheat Bread

Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, sweetener, salt, flaxseed meal, and flours in a large bowl and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough until it is elastic, adding flour as necessary until it no longer sticks to the sides.
- Lightly grease the bowl and let the dough rise for 2 hours at room temperature and then 2 hours in the fridge.
- Add sunflower seeds and oats to the dough, knead to incorporate, and shape into a loaf.
- Place the shaped dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rest for 45-60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a pan for steam.
- Slash the top of the dough and bake for 26-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
