Super Easy No-Knead Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer on high speed for about 3 minutes until the dough is sticky and thick.
- Spray an 8 ½ x 4 ½-inch loaf pan with oil and transfer the dough into the pan.
- Cover the pan with lightly greased plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for 60–90 minutes until it rises to the rim of the pan.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Remove the plastic wrap and bake the bread for 40–45 minutes, tenting with aluminum foil after 20 minutes.
- Check if the bread is done when it is golden brown and an instant-read thermometer reads 190–195°F.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove it and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
