Sheet Pan Turkey Meatloaf Dinner

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine cut carrots and quartered potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss until combined.
- Spread the vegetables on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
- While the vegetables are roasting, in another bowl, combine ground turkey, grated onion, egg, ketchup, BBQ sauce, and almond flour. Mix until well combined.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the turkey mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and BBQ sauce for brushing.
- Form the turkey mixture into 6 small loaves and place them on the baking sheet with the vegetables.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then brush the tops with the ketchup and BBQ mixture.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the turkey reaches 165°F and the vegetables are roasted.
