Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the ground turkey and grate the yellow onion into it, or chop it finely.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and onion powder, then stir until combined.
- Incorporate the egg, bbq sauce, ketchup, almond flour, and parsley, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and form it into a loaf shape (about 9x5 inches).
- Mix the bbq sauce and ketchup in a small bowl, then brush this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170°F, then let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
