Turkey Meatloaf

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and cook the onion until softened.
- Add garlic to the onion and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- In a large bowl, combine the onion and garlic mixture with ground turkey, thyme, salt, pepper, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Mix the ingredients well and shape the mixture into a loaf on the sheet pan.
- Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for one hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, slice, and serve.
