Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onions with thyme, salt, and pepper until translucent.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, and tomato paste, then cool the mixture.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, and the cooled onion mixture, and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet and spread ketchup on top.
- Bake for about 1½ hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
