Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf mixture ingredients until well mixed, avoiding overworking the mixture.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet, or use a loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 165 degrees.
- If the temperature is below 165 degrees, return it to the oven for an additional 15 minutes and check again.
- If there's leftover topping sauce, use it as a dip or spread it over the cooked meatloaf before serving.
